Spend time in the mountains of Turkey's Eastern Black Sea Region where sustainable agriculture and forestry are practiced side-by side and extensive areas of unspoiled wild land can be found. 

Turkey is one of the few countries in the world that is self-sufficient in food.  Explore the growing of tea, hazelnuts, tobacco and fruits; intensive high elevation grazing; trout farming; and forest production of spruce and poplar.

Arrangements may be made in cooperation with Karadeniz Technical University in Trabzon to facilitate obtaining academic credit in order to fulfill an agricultural and/or multicultural university requirement.
